组蛋白修饰与基因调控研究进展

摘要:

组蛋白是染色体基本结构—核小体中的重要组成部分,其N-末端氨基酸残基可发生乙酰化、甲基化、磷酸化、泛素化等多种共价修饰。组蛋白修饰对基因表达的调控有类似DNA遗传密码的调控作用。组蛋白修饰的相关研究,对认识相关基因的功能、进一步了解基因的调控机制具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Nucleosome constitutes chromation is a basic unit in eukaryote.Its N-terminal amino acid residues can occur acetylation,methylation,phosphorylation,ubiquitination and other covalent modification.Histone modification on the regulation of gene expression similar DNA genetic code of regulation.Histone modification of the study on the awareness of the relevant gene function,and further understanding of gene regulation mechanism is of great significance.
