为筛选松材线虫病的最佳防治方法,全面评估甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐树干注射对松材线虫病的防控效果,通过对发生松材线虫病的油松林小班进行甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐树干注射,并与单纯采用枯死木伐除的防治方法进行对比试验。结果显示,树干注射甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐预防松材线虫病,相比常规疫木伐除方法,树木死亡率降低了90.9%。试验结果表明,通过树干注入甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐防控松材线虫病效果显著,是保护重要价值松树免受松材线虫病侵害的有效方法。
Abstract:To screen the optimal method for preventing Bursaphelenchus xylophilus(pine wilt disease) and comprehensively understand the effect of trunk injection of emamectin benzoate in controlling pine wilt disease, the authors conducted a comparative experiment by injecting emamectin benzoate into the trunks of Chinese pine(Pinus tabuliformis) in small plots infected with pine wilt disease, and simply felling diseased and dead trees. The results showed that the tree mortality rate of preventing pine wilt disease by trunk injection of emamectin benzoate was 90.9% lower than that by conventional felling of diseased wood. The above test results indicate that controlling pine wilt disease by trunk injection of emamectin benzoate is significantly effective, and it is an effective means to prevent pine wilt disease in pine trees of important value.
